“Living Room and Dining Area:

On the first floor of the villa, there is a spacious dining area furnished with a comfortable table for eight people, a fireplace, and a 55-inch QLED TV. The kitchen is fully equipped by a chef and includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hobs, extractor hood, as well as a variety of small appliances like a coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, and electric kettle. A set of dishes and utensils is also provided for your convenience. The living room is furnished with an extendable sofa that offers additional sleeping space with dimensions of 140/200 cm. A separate restroom is available for the convenience of guests. All rooms are equipped with underfloor electric heating, operating on a heat pump basis, to ensure maximum home comfort.”

The veranda of the villa offers a unique panoramic view of the Rhodope Mountains and the village of Shiroka Laka. It is equipped with a comfortable dining table with a capacity for up to eight people. For culinary enthusiasts, we offer a professional Big Green Egg barbecue, promising authentic outdoor gastronomic experiences.”

“SPA Area and Yard:

The SPA area and the yard are the perfect places where you can enjoy the sunny weather of the Rhodopes or relax after a day on the ski slopes. Located on the first floor, the SPA area features a Finnish sauna from the brand Harvia and includes both an indoor and an outdoor thermal shower. The space extends outdoors, where an open-air jacuzzi awaits you with a water temperature adjustable between 36 to 42 degrees, depending on the season. For additional comfort and relaxation, we offer an outdoor lounge area, cozily situated around an open gas fireplace. The yard is equipped with a large umbrella, sun loungers, and other amenities to make your stay even more pleasant.”

“Floor 2

the second floor features two spacious bedrooms with naturally high ceilings and beautiful views of the mountain and the village. Each bedroom is equipped with a choice between a double bed or two twin beds with dimensions of 160/200 cm and high-quality Magniflex mattresses. For added comfort, the rooms feature an extendable armchair for sleeping with dimensions of 80/190 cm, 50-inch QLED TVs, air conditioning, a work desk, an open wardrobe, as well as coffee and tea-making facilities. Bathrobes and towels for the SPA area are provided in each room. Wall-mounted electric convector heaters with a heat pump take care of warmth and coziness during the winter months. The bathroom, located adjacent to the bedrooms, is equipped with a shower cabin, handheld and stationary showers, a bathtub, a bidet shower, a hairdryer, towels, bathrobes, and toiletries. A convenient laundry corner with a washing machine and dryer is also organized in the corridor on this floor, along with other amenities like an iron, vacuum cleaner, etc.”
